Refund policy

Each reading is a personalised digital service. Orders cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once the reading has begun or been delivered. Refunds are not provided because a client disagrees with the reading or a prediction does not occur. Duplicate payments will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct email address, but readings can be resent if an error is made. If your reading has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please check your spam folder and contact me at rachel@divinereflectionbyr.com. If I cannot complete your order, you will receive a refund or may choose a later delivery date.
